Today was my first time there, from the early hours of them being open was great! Initially when I pulled up I was the only car in the parking lot, not even five minutes later there was five people in line behind me. Now if your anything like myself, I don’t have much patience, I want to express my wants and needs and be taken care of and get what I want like a vip 😂 sure enough the man at the front was pleasant especially so early in the morning. kp was knowledgeable and recommended some flower choices, let me say I’m not much of a Karen who reviews and rates places, but I will be a returning customer. I say this to say have you ever went in autozone and asked a question then got some bs answer or they didn’t know the answer? And you leave aggravated because like why do you even work here ? Haven’t been into a business in a long time where the employees actually know what they’re talking about. Today wasn’t the case. First timer and will be returning . Thank you for a positive experience! Black owned, clean, friendly employees & very knowledgeable. Entering the business it smelt great not like bud but whatever air freshener they got smells amazing and the music was a vibe too. To

I’ve always experienced friendly, welcoming customer service at simply pure…. With that being said, my last time in, I had placed my order online the night before & when I picked up the price jumped from the time I placed my order. My order was placed after hours when there was a sale, order confirmed (2 x $15.50). I was instructed to pay (2x $26) at my scheduled evening pick up, that the sale was the night before. I questioned this, the manager explained the sale was the day before & the price was changed in the system before my order was packed, causing the price increase. I explained to the manager this was deceptive & I wouldn’t have bought this product if it weren’t for the sale. They understood my end & honored the advertised price when my order was placed— thank you, this was the right thing to do & how I would expect any business to make good. I’m only mentioning this experience because I see others have had the same/ similar pricing issues & I do believe in honesty & transparency.. Again, I’ve always had a super pleasant experience shopping at simply pure. The way this interaction was handled included. Even with the pricing issue, I had a pleasant experience. Great, person

First time here, and I'm only 10 min away. I've been to other places, but I'm going to make this my go to place. Plenty of parking, nice clean inside. Good music playing and not to loud. Everyone was smiling and very helpful. Jayda waited on me and she had a great knowledge of the products that were being sold. I even got a discount for being a "first timer". Bought a sativa and hybrid gummies, great selection. Very well run establishment, I definitely will be back. Thanks again Jayda, it was a pleasure meeting you.
